Dr. Barr graduated from the Northeast Ohio Medical University and completed her residency at Memorial Hospital of South Bend in South Bend, Indiana. She is board certified in Family Medicine. Dr. Barr is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Christian Medical and Dental Society.
